Purchasing Assistance We can purchase items on your behalf, subject to payment in full before order		5% of Order Total.
Support Services Missed Appointment. If you are not going to be at home Please call. If an appointment is missed because you are not at home at the appointment time a discretionary Service charge may be made (not more then 1hour) and all Travel time will be charged at the full rate. If we miss an appointment with you, then you will receive a 25% discount off your next appointment.
Fair Charging Policy - We can offer a fixed price and a range of discounts, please call for more information. We give a discount if we are unable to fix a problem, so you get a fair price.
